Order Processing

All Coup De Pinceau products are made to order through our production partner, Tapstitch. Because each item is created specifically for your order, please allow 3–7 business days for production and processing before your order is shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

United States:
Estimated delivery is approximately 5–10 business days after your order has been processed, depending on the product, fulfillment location, and shipping method selected.

Products fulfilled through Tapstitch's U.S. fulfillment network can be delivered in approximately 3–6 business days after fulfillment.

International:
International shipping times vary by destination and shipping method. Tapstitch currently estimates approximately 5–15 business days for many international shipments, excluding production time.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, products ordered, package weight, fulfillment location, and shipping method. Your available shipping options and final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged package and product.

For packages confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. Tapstitch asks that damage claims be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
